Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation

Whilst busily installing EV Charge Points in the workplace throughout East Anglia for our clients, we have not forgotten to install them at our own premises and with perfect timing these were up and running in time to greet our new fleet of plug-in hybrid (PHEV) company vehicles which entered service this month.

We purposely chose PHEV’s over fully electric vehicles to ensure that we are always ready to attend customer premises. With the national infrastructure for EVCP’s still struggling to meet demand, we are unwilling to risk letting our customers down because of flat batteries. We continue to monitor this and commit to make the change to fully electric vehicles in due course.

Helping customers to reduce their carbon emissions

All the EVCP installs we undertake are future proofed to charge at up to 22kw to allow for the next generation of vehicles. They are registered on a cloud-based system which allows users to monitor exactly how much electricity is consumed per charger and enables them to measure against the reduction in fuel costs. This information is available for all customers and is invaluable to carbon footprint analysis.
